The brief
Replace a floor of rooms that had been equipped piecemeal over several years — different hardware in each, no consistent way to start a meeting, and no visibility for IT when something failed.
What we installed
- One room piloted and validated against how the teams actually meet, before the design went wide
- All-in-one video bars sized per room, from huddle spaces up to the boardroom
- The same touch controller in every room, tied to the room calendar for one-touch join
- Ceiling microphones and DSP in the rooms whose acoustics needed them
- Scheduling panels outside each door, reading the real calendar
- Cloud management so IT sees a fault before the next meeting does

How it works now
Every room on the floor now starts a meeting the same way, and a member of staff who has never been briefed on the space can walk in and run it.
