What we collect

We only collect information you type into a form and submit. That is the quote request form, the contact form, the basket request form and the newsletter signup in the footer.

• Your name, business email address and phone number
• Your company name and location, where you supply them
• What you tell us about your space, your requirements and any products you shortlist

What we do with it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. A submission sends two emails: a notification to our support inbox, and a confirmation to the address you gave us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

What is stored in your browser

Your quote shortlist is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device unless you submit it with a quote request, and clearing your browser data removes it.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship, and thereafter as required for our own record-keeping and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails carry an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing email without affecting an open quote.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Email relay uses authenticated application credentials scoped to a single sending mailbox. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential technical or commercial information through a web form.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be communicated directly where we hold a contact address for you.
