The brief
Conferencing was being added to clinical spaces on a network nobody had sized for it, with Wi-Fi that dropped whenever a floor was busy.
What we installed
- A full site survey against the building's construction, not its floor plan
- Structured cabling and managed switching to each room position
- Wi-Fi access points sited and power-tuned for coverage when the floor is full
- Clinical, guest and device traffic separated onto their own segments
- Conferencing in the consultation and training rooms, on infrastructure sized for it
- Monitoring that alerts ahead of an outage rather than after one

How it works now
The rooms work because the network underneath them was designed first. Coverage holds when the floor is full, and the segments keep clinical traffic clear of everything else.
